I’m SO excited about this Blog!
So what prompted me to make a blog detailing my journey with the new At Home PiYo workout for at?
Too many things to count! But I’ll try to condense it to the 4 biggest ones.
1) PiYo was the first workout format I was trained on as an instructor and the first class I ever taught. It holds such a special place in my heart that I wanted to share it with the world, now that anyone can do it at home, too!
2) To inspire others.
This program benefits ANYONE from the hardcore crossfitter to the new mother looking to firm up, to the 60 year old novice exerciser. I’m not just saying that, I’ve witnessed it!
It doesn’t have to be just MY PiYo Progress, it can be YOURS, too!
3) To put a real journey through the program out there.
I will be posting Daily accounts of the workouts and associated mealplan. These will be honest, no-sugar-coated, no-bs reviews of the program.
4) To keep myself accountable.
K, time to be selfish honest! 😉 The internet, social media, blogs, etc. help people stay accountable…By sharing your story, you’re putting it out there for anyone to see, and yes, that includes the dreaded “before”, and the highly anticipated “after” pics. This keeps people motivated and sticking to their goals.
Condensed enough? I hope so!
Oh and as I wait for my copy of PiYo to arrive, other than trying to get you to join me on this journey of health and progress, I’ll be posting some cool info about the program 🙂
